Zig Zag sells vintage (used) items and minor wear, signs of usage and age should be expected. Any noteworthy condition will always be stated. We accept payment through paypal or International money orders, we can also accept personal checks but they take 21 business days to clear.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. For Canadian residents GST/HST is calculated at the time of checkout..

Merchandise will be held for 10 days, if payment is not received within 10 days it will be removed from hold status. You must have a valid e-mail or phone number to hold an item.

We ship via Canada Post expedited. All shipping prices are based on Canada and United States delivery only. International shipping is available, please e-mail for a quote. Shipping costs include insurance. We will accept returns provided all the following conditions are met.

• we must be notified of your intention to return the goods
• all shipping and packing costs, insurance and duties are non-refundable
• the goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were sent with all labels intact
• return shipping/insurance is incurred at the buyers expense
